Red Grange ABC Invite @ WWS on Friday
Distance Night in Palatine on Saturday
Senior Night next week on Tuesday (before home meet begins)
Red Grange ABC Invite @ Wheaton Warrenville South on Friday
Buses leave Biester at 3:15 (field events) and 4:15 (running events) [Frazier, Mastandrea]
Pole Vault at 4:45, Other field events at 5:00, Class C of the 3200 at 5:45, 4x800 and other running events to follow at 6:15
$5 for adults, $3 for students (cash only)
Limited entry meet - ABC only. 18 teams. Our team's entries will be posted shortly on www.gwtrackandfield.com.

Distance Night in Palatine on Saturday
Extremely limited: Meehan and Nitti to compete in the 800, Halden to compete in the mile, and Faris to compete in the 2 mile
Athletes and their families will drive to and from the meet

Runner of the week: Anthony Nitti for his lifetime PR in the 1600 of 4:24
Field athlete of the week: Owen Ashmore for a 3 ft PR in triple jump
Fire in the eyes: Graham Faris for an unbelievable split and PR in the 4x4
Captain's Award: Gio and Julian Hernandez for their constant support, positive attitude, and hurdle crew experience. Thank you for modeling exactly what it means to be a great teammate
Awesome Award: Connor Pettit for an 8" PR in High Jump
Thank you to all for an amazing effort at last week's Haake invite. We've had an incredible start to the outdoor season and the Haake was full of amazing PR's and performances. I continue to be so proud of this great group of young men. As always, please let me know if you have any questions.
