This Thursday's Meet

Good evening everyone,

Our first home meet will start at 5:00 on Thursday in our fieldhouse against Lincoln Way West. Athletes should arrive at around 4:15 to begin warming up at 4:30. It should be a great way to start the season! Here's a bit more information:

Meet format: This meet will be non-scored and open in nature. Athletes will not need to check in to each event. Athletes will know what events to run ahead of time and should simply arrive at the starting line before the event begins so that clerks can get them into the correct lane. Schedule: Athletes should arrive at 4:15 so that they can begin warming up at 4:30. Running events will begin at 5:00. Order of events: 4 x 800m Relay 50m Low Hurdles 50m Dash 1600m Run 200m Dash Thrower 4 x 160m Relay (1 heat) 4 x 400m Relay
